Subject	GDP 3" Downpipe Fitment Questions

Message	I'm in the process of installing my 3" GDP downpipes, and noted that the driverside DP does not fit solidly (bolting on to stock turbos). It seems like the right stud hits the DP. The question is: Should I a) File down the stud (two or three threads should do it), or 2) grind down the DP to make it fit? Also, is there a proper torque spec for the nuts / bolts? Otherwise, my plan is "as tight as I can."
